This two-day course is suitable for young cardiologists, residents in cardiology and other healthcare professionals who want to acquire knowledge and specialized skills in heart failure (HF) management, in different clinical care settings. The course will give the participants a broad perspective on the diagnosis, etiology and pathophysiology of HF. Additionally, common pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions, for both acute and chronic HF, will be discussed using clinical case scenarios in evidence-based practice. A review of pivotal HF RCTs will be discussed in each session. The experience and expertise of well-known local and international KOLs in HF will support the academic consistence of this teaching program.
